Transitional Care Services - In-Patient Acute (Physical) Rehabilitation Center

Rehabilitation therapy helps patients overcome problems with feeding, communicaiton, attention and self-care. Every patient has individual needs, and every treatment plan is one-of-a-kind. However, all share elements from one or more of these three treatment areas.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapists are mobility experts. They use heat, cold, water and electricity along with therapeutic exericse, massage and manipulation of soft tissues and joint to help patients move and function with more flexibility and less pain.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists work with patients, who, because of illness or injury, need help rebuilding independent lives. We help them relearn skills they need to care for themselves and their homes and to return to work.

Speech Therapy
Speech Therapists help patients regain the ability to speak, understand, read, write or swallow. Our goal is to help patients regain the communications skills they need to return to a full and satisfying life.
